Our menu rotates based on the season. Using only products raised on the farm or locally, ethically sourced foods we strive to provide food that is both delicious and substantive. 

When available we use the world-famous white and black truffles found only in this area of Italy! Below is a sample of the delicacies we make on a regular basis. Even if you were here for two weeks you still would not be offered the same food.
